Employee Assistance Programme
We want to see everyone have the mental health support they need to find enjoyment and positive workplace wellbeing. We now offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) through Benestar and Xero. This programme is FREE and confidential to staff and their families to use. We are not provided any information on who accesses it, when or what the topics discussed are. It is there as a resource and we actively encourage everyone to take advantage of the programme.
In addition to lots of great resources on mental health and help with specific topics, as well as, to schedule an appointment with a counselor, create an account using the instructions below.

In the ‘Not Registered’ section enter the following details:

You can immediately search for counsellors, see their profile and contact them directly. You can also register your personal details to access the online resources area (but this is not required).
